Personal Finance Bloggers

Budgets are Sexy – Ran by J$, this was one of the first blogs I ever read. His goal is to make personal finance fun, and believe me he sure does!

Making Sense of Cents – This was the blog that got encouraged me to start blogging. Michelle has done it all in the personal finance realm so I highly recommend you check it out. O yeah one last thing, she make over $70k a month by blogging!

Millennial Money Man – M$M as he is often referred to is a millennial personal finance blogger like myself. His post are usually funny but packed with great information. I look to him as a sort of mentor.

Distilled Dollar – Matt is an accountant like myself who recently started his blog a month before mine. You can expect to find inspirational quotes in every article with great content.

The Practical Saver – Allan runs his website like a well run business. His blog is only a month and a half older than mine but he has managed to grow it quicker than anybody I know. He has been one of the bloggers who has helped me the most with starting my blog and growing it.

The Green Swan – GS is a millionaire… Literally! Through hard work and perseverance GS was able to amass over $1,000,000. He shows you the power of being financially literate.

Apathy Ends – AE went from financial wreck to a model financial blogger. He went from saving 3% of his income to over 30% and has managed to cut his debt in half!

Dividend Bloggers

Dividend Diplomats – Lanny and Bert are single handily responsible for encouraging me to start Dividend Growth Investing. If you ever have dividend questions you should check these guys out!

Wallet Squirrel – Another Dividend Growth Investor who is pursuing early retirement. He has the best info graphics hands down!

Investment Hunting – IH took a major hit in 2008 with over 2M in mortgages and other expenses that needed to be repaid. Through dividend investing he hopes to achieve FIRE.

Dividends Down Under – Tristan runs his blog all the way in Australia! He provides great insights from companies in the oceanic region and is worth checking out.

DivHut – DH provides great investing insight along with his personal journey and financial advice. He is one of the few people I know to have gains on every investment in his brokerage account.

DiviCents – An up and coming dividend investor who is sharing his journey as he learns about personal finance and dividend growth investing!

Live Off Dividends – John is a 23 year old blogger who currently works as a Motor Equipment Operator and a part time Realtor. Follow his journey as he hopes to ride dividends to freedom!

Dividend Meter – Dividend Meter shows his dividend progress in a very unique way. He uses an actual meter gauge to measure his dividend income for the year! Check out his great website.

Some people may ask, “Why do you feature my competitors on my blog?” The answer is very simple, my goal is to help my readers learn about personal finance and attain financial freedom. It would be selfish to only support my blog as other people have expertise in areas that I do not.

If you would like to be featured on this list please let me know in the comments below and I will add you! Also I may have forgot some people so please let me know in the comments!
